Oboom, one of the cyberlockers that is becoming popular, is appearently not found on Google. Scrolling down the Google page, and you will find a description about ChillingEffects.
False DMCA has wiped Oboom
The description on ChillingEffects leads to a DMCA takedown notice claiming copyright infringement of a certain rock band. Appearently, a false DMCA has wiped Oboom from Google.
Google allows users to file DMCA takedown notices to remove infringing pages from search results. DMCA takedown notices are supposed to go through Google's review where they judge if they should remove the content or not. However, receiving over 6 million DMCA takedown notices each week, its review might not be working as supposed to.
